cup chopped walnuts (for topping)
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, beginning with the dry ingredients. Pour batter into muffin pans, fill to the top. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
