  • 2 ripe pears
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. apple juice
  • Coconut flakes (opt)

Cut all fruit into small pieces, add raisins, pour apple juice over the fruit, cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled. Add coconut flakes if desired.
