Ingredients
- 1 Banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter, natural
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Nut Extract
- 1/2 tsp Coconut Extract
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
- 1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 cup Non-fat Dry Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- pinch Cloves
- 1/2 cup Raisins

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mash banana. Add peanut butter, honey and extracts. Stir until well mixed.
In a medium bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet bowl. Stir until will mixed. Add the raisins.
Scoop dough with 1/4 cup measuring cup onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
