  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 or 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

Mix the soda into the buttermilk and stir hard until it foams good. Then mix in order given. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
