This cake is as tasty as any I've ever had and it's very low in calories.
It's only 4 Weight Watchers points.
I divide the cake up into pieces and then ice it so when you lift out a piece, it's always the right portion. It also keeps the kids from mutilating the cake!

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (12 oz) of diet rootbeer
  • 1/2 cup no sugar added applesauce
  • 1 tub of cool whip FREE (no sugar and no fat)
  • 12 marchino cherries with stems

Preparation

Step 1

*combine cake mix, rootbeer, and applesauce.
*Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35m (cassarole dish size pan)
*Cool completely and divide into 12 servings.
*Top with Coolwhip
*Put a cherry on each piece.
