Halawja Dijobon

This is a fantastic dessert recipe that is easy to make! It is a family-type recipe and is wonderful for cultivating fellowship!!
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup Farina
- 1 pound Mozarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add the farina and combine well. Once the butter and farina are incorporated, add in your mozarella cheese, stirring constantly.
Once you have a smooth consistency, take a golf-ball sized amount and roll out paper thin. (It is helpful to put a tablespoon or so of lemon syrup on the counter prior to rolling.)
Dip in Lemon Syrup and enjoy!!
This is best served with Lemon Syrup:
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
Lemon Slices
Combine water/sugar and bring to just a boil. Add lemon slices and let simmer until ready to use. Can be refrigerated and used with pancakes, waffles, etc.
