Easy colorful variation on old standard meat and potatoes.
Cut all ingredients into 1 inch cubes or pieces, if using bamboo skewers soak in cold water before loading. Load each skewer from end to end alternating in a pattern of meat,pepper,potato,tomato,mushroom,meat, etc. or however looks pretty and appetizing. Place carefully on hot grill, turning every 5–7 minutes until potato is soft and meat appears done.
