  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes or pico de gallo
  • cheese (optional)
  • olive oil or lime juice
  • seasoning of your choice (crushed red pepper, chili powder)

Preparation

Step 1

1. preheat oven to 375.
2. cut tortillas into 8 wedges.
3. put tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil/lime juice.
4. sprinkle seasonings on tortilla wedges.
5. bake for 10 minutes or until crisp.
6. top tortilla chips with black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo and cheese, if you choose.
