This Chinese dessert not only can be served with fried Chinese bread but also yum served on its own.
gr raw blanched peanut,
gr sugar or to taste,
cm ginger peeled and crushed,
Put all ingredients in pressure cooker, cook for about 40 minutes. The peanut should be melt-in-your mouth when it cooked.
If you don't use pressure cooker,you definitely more time to cook. Soak for one night, and cook for about 2–3 hours in low heat, cook until very tender. It's worthwhile for the melt in your mouth peanut soup _
