Ingredients
- 2 lb beef tips cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 c. flour
- Bacon fat or oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp season salt
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 beef bouillon cube crushed
- 1 c. Burgundy wine
- 1 c. beef broth
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- Cooked wide noodles

Step 1
Coat the beef with flour and brown on all sides in bacon fat or oil. Add to slow cooker. Add all ingredients except beef broth, mushrooms and cornstarch. Cook on low for 6 hours then add broth, mushrooms and cornstarch. Cook on high for 15-30 minutes to thicken sauce. Serve over noodles.
