Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups approx. Peanut Butter, I use crunchy
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1-2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Bakery Emulsion
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1-2 cups Chips or anything that strikes your fancy

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except for the chips or add-ins, and beat together until dough is smooth and well mixed.

Add your chips or other add-ins and mix until well incorporated.

Using scoop size of your choice, put your cookie dough onto a parchment lined baking pan. You can flatten them or leave them in a ball.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on size. For a softer texture inside your cookie, don't pat down the cookie and bake less time. For a crunchier cookie, flatten your cookies a little and bake a little longer.

After removing from the oven, let them sit for about 5 minutes, so they can set up, due to no flour in the recipe. After 5 minutes, transfer to a wire rack so they can cool completely.
