Ingredients

  • 1 box devil’s food cake mix
  • 1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini semisweet chocolate chips (I use Guittard Chips they are a bit larger and very smooth, bought at Winco)
  • Recipe said not to use the sugar free kind, but that is the only kind that is in my house :) it still worked.

Preparation

Step 1

All you do is dump everything except the chocolate chips into a very large bowl then mix well with a beater.

Then take your 2 cups of chocolate chips

The batter will be thick and fluffy almost like pudding. I made 24 cupcakes with it.

350 for 25 minutes.
