Olive-Parmesan Bread

This bread is a very grown up and yummy bread. I did everything in the bread maker, next time I'll do just the dough and bake in the oven.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (2 1/4-oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained

Preparation
Step 1
1. Use bread machine that produces 1 1/2-lb or larger loaf. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Measure remaining ingredients carefully. Follow manufacturer's directions for placing ingredients in bread machine pan.
2. Select Basic/White cycle. Do not use delay cycle. Follow manufacturer's directions for starting machine.
