Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Let these tender pork chops simmer in a tangy sauce in your slow cooker for a few hours when you're feeling lazy but want a delicious meal. Serve with rice.

Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 7 to 8 bone in or boneless pork chops (frozen)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soya sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/3 cup honey

Step 1
Sprinkle Pork chops with Montreal Chicken Spice or any rub/ spice mix of your choice. Place in slow cooker.
Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over pork chops.
Cook on high for 3 hours. Turn down to low for 1 hour.
About 15 minutes before serving remove pork chops.
Mix 2 tbsp corn starch with 1/2 cup cold water and add to sauce to thicken.
Return chops to sauce and serve.
