Ingredients

  • 1 lb favorite white fish fillets
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 3/4 c. sour cream + extra for topping
  • 3/4 c fresh or favorite salsa + 2 tbs
  • 12 warm corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
  • Sliced avocado (opt)
  • Chopped cilantro (opt)

Step 1

Cut fillets into 2-inch pieces, rinsed & pat dry. Heat broiler, with rack in highest position. Place fish on rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil & season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Broil until fish is lightly browned on top, 5-10 minutes, until flesh is opaque throughout. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with 2 Tablespoons fresh salsa. Spread tortilla with small amount of sour cream mixture. Divide fish evenly among tortillas and top with shredded cabbage, remaining sour cream, salsa, sliced avocado and cilantro.
