- 1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup quality unsweetened cocoa powder

Step 1
Layer ingredients attractively in glass jar. Start with mint chocolate chips first, then nonfat dry milk powder, then sugar and then quality unsweetened cocoa powder. I didn't have room but you could line the jar with peppermint candies.
