Crock Pot Sweet Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 c. br. sugar
- 2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. lemon-lime soda
- 2 tbs minced garlic
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 2 tbs water
- 1 12oz pkg frozen Chinese vegetables
- 12 oz cooked Lo Mein noodles
- Red pepper flakes (opt)

Preparation
Step 1
Spray crock-pot with non-stick spray. Place chicken in side crock-pot. Mix brown sugar, vinegar, soda, garlic, soy sauce, and pepper together. Pour over chicken and cook on low 6-8 hours or low 4 hours. Remove chicken from crock-pot. Pour sauce into a skillet. Mix together cornstarch and water, pour into saucepan and mix. Add mix veggies. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until veggies reach desired doneness and sauce thickens. Remove chicken from bones and add. Remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with red pepper if desired.
