  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped gr pepper
  • 4 c. beef broth
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen corn
  • 1 16 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 c. frozen lima beans
  • 1 potato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt & pepper

Step 1

In a large soup pot, cook ground beef, onions and pepper. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer until vegetables are tender about 20 minutes. Discord bay leaf and serve with favorite bread.
