KIT KAT BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • dash of salt
  • 12 Kit Kat Bars (fun sized),
  • unwrapped
  • 1 (11 oz) package butterscotch
  • or peanut butter chips
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate sprinkles,
  • optional

Preparation

Step 1


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 inch baking pan with foil, and spray with non-stick spray.
2.In a large bowl combine melted butter, and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared baking dish. Press Kit Kat bars into the batter. Bake for about 25 minutes. A tester should come out mostly clean. Remove from the oven, and cool completely.
3.In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butterscotch or peanut butter chips. Pour over the cooled brownies, and top with sprinkles. Allow to cool before serving.
