  • 3 Tbs ginger preserves
  • 2 Tbs reduced-fat asian sesame vinaigrette
  • 2 Tbs water
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 (4 oz) boneless center-cut loin pork chops
  • 1 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Step 1

1. Combine preserves, vinaigrette, and water in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk; set aside.

2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork chops to pan; cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove pork chops from pan, and keep warm.

3. Add reserved preserves mixture to pan; cook over medium heat 1 minute or until syrupy. Spoon sauce over pork chops. Sprinkle each serving evenly with sesame seeds and cilantro leaves.
