Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 sticks of butter, softened
  • 2 C. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. white chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg. dry roasted macadamia nuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the sugar, brown sugar, egg, and butter.
Next add the flour, baking soda, and the salt. When this is combined well, fold in your chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Bake at 375 degrees for 9- to 11-minutes. They will still be gooey in the middle, but after they cool for about 10-minutes, they will be the perfect texture!
