Tbsp coconut beverage flavoring syrup, such as Monin or Torani, or cream of coconut
cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
small fresh carambola (star fruit), thinly sliced crosswise
In large bowl combine water, lemon juice, sugar, and coconut syrup. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
To serve, transfer lemon mixture to a serving bowl or pitcher. Add blueberries, raspberries, or carambola. Serve over ice cubes.
