Fluffy White Icing (7 Minute Icing) - Nana
Combine in double boiler except vanilla. Beat 30 seconds to blend. Place over boiling water – don’t let water in bottom of double boiler touch top of double boiler. Cook beating constantly until forms very stiff peaks. About 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Frost cake.
