These are simple and delicious!

Yield: 4 servings

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend on medium-high until well blended. Scrape down sides and blend again.

Spray small, non-stick skillet or crepe pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat until hot.

Pour batter by ¼ cupfuls into skillet and swirl batter around. Cook until lightly browned on bottom side. Using spatula, flip crepe over and repeat on other side.

Repeat with remaining batter.

Should make approximately, 8–10 crepes.
