brown sugar

c wine vinegar

can beer
c lemon juice
c prepared mustard
Tb celery salt
Tbs worcestershire sauce
Tbs soy sauce
cloves garlic
Dash hot pepper
Black pepper to taste
Sear brisket on both sides. Put in pan and cover with foil. Cook 4 hours. Slice brisket against the grain.
