    Tsp. Salt – ¼ Tsp Pepper

    C. Butter And Shortening

    Cut Cup Frying Chicken

     

Heat Over To 425. Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper and paprika In Paper bag. Place Shortening and butter In pan, (13 inch x 9 ½ inch x 2 inch) And Set In Oven To Melt. Shake Chicken parts In Bag Thoroughly. Place Chicken Skin Side Down In Single Layer In melted butter or shortning. Bake 45 Min. Then turn and move chicken to end of pan. Use Baking Powder Biscuits Or Use Canned Biscuits. Place Biscuits In Single Layer on other end. Bake Another 15 Min. Or Until Biscuits Are Lightly Browned.
