Yield: 1 dozen

1. Combine butterscotch morsels, corn syrup, water and shortening in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave until melted and smooth.

2. Add chow mein noodles, mix well. Cool slightly, fold in marsh mallows.

3. Drop by slightly rounded tablespoons onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets.

4. Chill in refrigerator until firm, about 20 minutes.
