Ingredients

  • 6 fillets (white fish of choice)
  • 2 tbs melted butter
  • 1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbs dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Cooking time 20mins

Step 1

Place fillets in greased 9x13”baking dish.
Brush with butter. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
