Yield: 1 pie
apples, peeled and chopped into big chunks
small can frozen apple juice, thawed
approximately 2 tsp. brownulated or white sugar substitute
Put apples in large bowl. Sprinkle a little flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar substitute. Add lemon juice and apple juice. Mix and pour into prepared crust as any ordinary pie. Cover edges with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 20–25 minutes.
