Sea Food Chowder

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse lightly with cold water and set aside. Sort crab meat to remove shells. Melt butter or oleo in a 3 qt. non-aluminum heavy sauce pan. Add onions and saute 3 min. Add sauce mix and stir well. Add milk, water and wine. Stir well with a wire whisk over moderate heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 5–8 min. stirring constantly. Add green onion, pre cooked pasta and crab meat. Stir to combine. Sprinkle with parsley.
