  • 1 3.4oz box Instant Cheesecake Pudding
  • 1-1/2 cups Fat Free Half and Half or Non-Fat Milk
  • 2 cups Fresh Cherries, pitted and halved, to make 1-1/2 cups
  • 2 whole Graham Crackers, broken in very small pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and drain about 2 cups of cherries. Remove stems and pits. Slice cherries in half. If they aren't very sweet, sprinkle with about a tablespoon of sugar. Set aside.

Break 2 whole graham crackers into small pieces. Set aside until needed.

Pour milk into a medium sized bowl. Add the instant cheesecake pudding. Stir until completely blended. Let sit for about 2 minutes or until it has firmed up.

Fold in the cherries and graham cracker pieces until well mixed. Let sit for a minute of so.

With a large tablespoon, spoon into molds and place in freezer until completely frozen, about 3-4 hours.
