Vidalia Onion Pie
Yield: 8 servings
Saute onions in butter. Combine eggs and sour cream. Add to onions. Stir in pepper and salt. Pour into pie crust. Top with cheese.
Bake in 450 oven for 20 minutes. Turn heat down to 325 and continue to bake 20 minutes until brown.
