so i decided to experiment with my basic chocolate chip cookie recipe and this is what happened.
Yield: 1 servings
tsp vanilla (and maybe a dash more)
chocolate chips (maybe ½ cup or so)
chopped hazelnuts (maybe ¼ or ½ cup, I just eye ball it, so it's at the cook's descretion)
preheat oven to 350 degrees (F)
cream butter and sugars.
add egg and vanilla and molasses. mix well.
(combine flour, salt, oats, dash of nutmeg, and baking soda together in separate bowl).
gradually add flour mixture until dough forms.
toss in chocolate chips and hazelnuts and mix.
spoon/scoop dough onto baking stone/cookie sheet.
bake for 12–15 minutes, or until done.
let cool and enjoy!
