Lizzie's Baked & Breaded Oysters
I know people who crave this every Thanksgiving. You might find yourself in the same position after your first taste.

Ingredients
- 1 pint canned oysters
- 2.5 c Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of black pepper
- 3/4 c half and half
- 1/2 c. oyster liquor from the can of oysters
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
1. Drain oysters, reserving 1/2 c oyster liquor.
2. Combine crumbs, butter, and salt.
3. Spread 1/3 of the crumbs in a greased baking dish. Cover with half of the oysters and sprinkle with a dash of black pepper.
4. Repeat step 3, then cover the second layer of oysters with the final 1/3 of the crumbs.
5. Combine half and half, oyster liquor, and Worcestershire sauce and pour over top of oysters.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
