Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt coconut oil until fully liquified. Pour into a blender, then add the honey. Blend until smooth. This step is important because if the oil gets cold before being fully incorporated into the honey, fatty lumps will form while the ice cream is freezing.
2. Add strawberries, milk, sea salt, and vanilla to the the mixture, then blend until smooth.
3. Place mixture in a 1 1/2 cup ice cream machine and churn until set. Soft serve immediately or place in a freezer for a harder cream.
