Ingredients

  • 8 fillets Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod or Snapper
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 4 tbsp Chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place uncooked fish fillets in a buttered, shallow baking dish.

Blend by hand all remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread 1/4 cup of mixture on top of each fillet.

Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
