Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Sour Cream, fat free works just fine
  • 1-1/2 lbs. Firm White Fish, I use Halibut
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 Medium Onion, thinly sliced and divided into rings
  • 1-1/2 cups Grated Medium Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter. Add lemon juice and sour cream. Sprinkle uncooked fish with salt and pepper and place in greased casserole.

Top with onion rings. Pour sour cream mixture over fish and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 35 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
