Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cup Salad Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 cups Granny Smith or Golden Delicious Apples
- 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 cube Butter
- 1 box Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vanilla
- Chopped Walnuts for sprinkling on top

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Cream sugar and oil together; add eggs and vanilla and beat again. Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon after sifting together. Add apples and nuts.
Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 45-55 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool. Serve with whipped cream or frost with frosting.
Frosting:
Blend cream cheese and butter, Add sugar and vanilla, beating thoroughly. Frost cake and top with chopped walnuts.
