One-Bowl Buttercream Frosting

Hershey's Easy-Does- it Recipe #10. I have used this recipe many times. It gives you the option of light, medium or dark flavor.

Ingredients

• 6 tbsp Butter, softened
• Hershey's Cocoa- 1/3 cup for Light Flavor
• 1/2 cup for Medium Flavor
• 3/4 cup for Dark Flavor
• 2-2/3 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1/3 cup Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter in small mixer bowl. Add cocoa and powdered sugar alternately with milk; beat to spreading consistency. An additional tablespoon of milk may be needed. Blend in vanilla.
