Ingredients

  • 2 cups Berries, mashed
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1-1/2 cups Heavy Cream

Servings 6

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer the berries and sugar until soft, about 5 minutes. Puree in blender on low speed with unflavored gelatin, for 1 minute.

Chill in fridge for 10 minutes.

Whip the cream until stiff. Fold into fruit mixture. Spoon into small serving cups.

Freeze at least 4 hours.
