  • 4 cups Berries
  • 1/3 cup Sugar, plus 2 tbsp.
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Toss berries with 1/3 cup sugar and cornstarch in an 8" x 8" baking dish.

Combine flour and 2 tbsp sugar, then stir in heavy cream. Shape dough into a 6" log and slice in 1/2" rounds; arrange over berries.

Bake until golden and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
