Ingredients

  • Premade Pie Crust
  • 3 cups Berries, or Cherries
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Powdered Sugar, for sprinkling

Preparation

Step 1

1. Roll piecrust to 11" on baking sheet.
Toss berries with sugar and cornstarch. Spread in center of crust.

2. Fold edge of pastry over the fruit, pinching it together. Tip: Pinch cracks shut with wet fingers.

3. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees until golden and bubbly. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes and dust with confectioners' sugar. Tip: Sprinkle with a small wire strainer for no-mess dusting.
