Baked Beef Rounds
I received this recipe from my 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Williams, at Prescott Grade School. This is the first meal that I ever cooked.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 cup Soft Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Catsup
- 1 large Onion, chopped fine
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1-5 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1 small Onion, sliced and separated into rings

Preparation
Step 1
Place beef, bread crumbs, catsup, onions,egg, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix together.
Shape into 6 thick rounds and place in shallow baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over patties. Place onion rings around patties.
Bake covered in a slow oven, 300 degrees for 1 hour.
