Slow Cooker Oatmeal

You cook this overnight in the crock pot. I tripled this recipe and made it for Christmas morning brunch. It was a huge hit!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats
- 3 cups Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Half-and-Half
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, or to taste
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Just before going to bed, combine the oats and water in a slow cooker (crock pot.) Set on low, and cook overnight.
In the morning, stir in the salt, vanilla, cinnamon and half-and-half.
Scoop into bowls, and sprinkle with brown sugar over the top.
Note: You can also stir in the brown sugar with the other morning ingredients.
