Blue Cheese Dressing
This is the salad dressing that we pair with my Super-duper French Dressing. They are very good together!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Onion, chopped
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced (depending on size and preference.)
- 1/3 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh if possible
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 5-oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
- Salt and Pepper
- 1-3 Dashes Cayenne Pepper, to taste
- Milk or Buttermilk

Step 1
Mix first ten ingredients. Add milk or buttermilk to desired consistency.
We like ours thick, so I don't add too much milk.
I use Treasure Cave Blue Cheese. I prefer to buy the small square that is encased in yellow wax, rather than the tubs with the crumbled cheese. When this is available, I crumble the whole thing into the dressing!
My favorite Blue Cheese is from the Rogue Creamery in Central Point, Oregon. You can purchase their cheese online.
