Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Extra Crunchy Peanut Butte
- 1 Egg, room temperature
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Oats, heaping
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips,
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Chips
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips
- 1/2 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts, whole

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars; beat in peanut butter, egg and vanilla.
Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture.
Add all chips and peanuts, stirring well.
Using a medium scoop, drop onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes, or until nicely browned, for a nice crunchy cookie
If you prefer a softer cookie, bake for 10-12 minutes.
