Ingredients
- 8 thin cut chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- coarse salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- chopped parsley for serving
- serve with wild rice and mushrooms sauteed in wine

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp butter, wine, garlic, and thyme - whisk to combine.
Season chicken with pepper.
Place chicken and mixture into a freezer bag and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Remove chicken and season with salt. (discard marinade)
In 2 batches, heat 1 1/2 tsp butter and oil in skillet and brown chicken (about 4 minutes total).
Serve chicken sprinkled with parsley, along side wild rice and sauteed mushrooms.
