Ingredients
- Base:
- 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp Catsup
- 3/4 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 cups Instant Potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder

Preparation
Step 1
Base:
Brown and drain ground beef and chopped onions. Mix in flour, catsup, beef broth, salt and pepper. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add soup and sour cream. Stir over medium heat until mixture is warm. Spread in 9x13 baking pan.
Topping:
Heat water, butter, and salt. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add, milk and instant potatoes. Whip lightly. Add 2 unbeaten eggs, beating well after each. Stir in flour and baking powder. Stir well.
Drop mixture over meat mixture by spoonfuls.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
