Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of bread, cubed (day old is great)
  • 1 pound of sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage and drain. Place bread in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with the sausage. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and cheese in bowl. Pour on top of sausage. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning bake at 350 F for one hour.
