- 1 package Yeast
- 1 tbsp Water, warm
- 1 1/2 cup Milk, scalded
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 5 cups Flour

Preparation
Step 1
Add water to yeast and let stand until dissolved. To scalded milk, add sugar, salt, butter and eggs.
When cool enough, add yeast. Stir in flour all at once. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours or overnight. Remove and form into desired shapes. Let rise. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
